Refund Policy

At Edulancing, we value transparency and fairness. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Requests beyond this 24-hour window will not be entertained, regardless of usage.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the time of approval.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Upgraded packages (e.g., higher-tier plans or course bundles) are strictly non-refundable, even if requested within 24 hours.

Once an upgrade is made, it is considered a final sale.

3. Refund Deductions
If your refund is approved, the following non-refundable charges will be deducted:

2%: Payment Gateway Charges

5%: Processing Fee (Administrative & Support Costs)

Example:
If you paid ₹1,000, deductions would be ₹70 (2% + 5%), and your final refund would be ₹930.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Email us at support@edulancing.com

Use the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]"

Include your full name, registered email, phone number, payment proof, and reason for refund.

5. Important Disclaimers
Refunds are granted only if they meet the conditions above.

Refunds are processed via the same method used for the original payment.

Edulancing reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

Suspected fraud or misuse

Violation of terms and conditions

Repeat refund requests
