These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, affiliates, and others who access or use the Service in any capacity.
2. Affiliate Policy
Edulancing Private Limited has established the following terms to govern the ethical conduct and responsibilities of all affiliates participating in its affiliate marketing program. By becoming an affiliate of Edulancing, you agree to adhere strictly to the following conditions:
2.1 Eligibility Restrictions
You shall not be eligible to receive passive income from Edulancing if you are found to be associated with or working for another company that operates under the same or similar concept, business model, or format as Edulancing.
If you are found poaching, soliciting, or attempting to induce Edulancing affiliates to join competing affiliate marketing companies, your affiliate privileges will be terminated. However, you will retain access to any courses you have purchased.
If you are found harassing or misbehaving with any Edulancing affiliate, employee, or member of the management, your eligibility to participate in the affiliate marketing program will be revoked, though course access will be maintained.
2.2 Code of Conduct
All affiliates must:
Conduct business with honesty, transparency, and integrity at all times.
Accurately represent Edulancing’s marketing plan, products, and earning opportunities. Misleading or deceptive recruitment practices are strictly prohibited, including false representations of potential income or success.
Refrain from making defamatory, negative, or disparaging statements about Edulancing, its services, team, or other affiliates.
Not use Edulancing’s brand name, trademarks, copyrighted materials, proprietary content, marketing literature, or intellectual property to promote or endorse any other business, product, or entity outside of Edulancing.
Ensure that customer satisfaction and affiliate well-being are prioritized and protected in all interactions.
Comply fully with the Edulancing Affiliate Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time by the Company.
2.3 Ethical Practices
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Engaging in fraudulent conduct that harms Edulancing or its affiliate network.
Committing any act—during or after their affiliation—that would damage the reputation, brand, or business interests of Edulancing.
Engaging in unfair, misleading, or deceptive trade practices in the promotion or sale of Edulancing products and services.
Failing to safeguard the personal data and private information of clients, customers, or fellow affiliates as required under applicable data protection laws.
Violation of any of the above clauses may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program, permanent deactivation of your affiliate ID, and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
3. Communications
By accessing or using our services, you hereby consent to receive communications from Edulancing Private Limited, including but not limited to:
Newsletters,
Marketing or promotional materials,
Service announcements,
Administrative notifications,
Other informational content related to your use of the platform.
These communications Shall be delivered via email, SMS, push notifications, or other electronic means as permitted under applicable law.
You have the right to opt-out of receiving non-essential communications at any time. To do so, you may:
Click the “unsubscribe” link included in any email communication, or
Email us at Edulancing@gmail.com requesting to be removed from our communication list.
Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages, we may still send you essential transactional or service-related communications, such as account notifications, receipts, or policy updates.
4. Purchases
By initiating a purchase of any product, service, or subscription offered through the platform (“Purchase”), you agree to the following terms:
4.1 Information Required
You may be required to provide certain information relevant to your purchase, including but not limited to:
Credit or debit card details 
Billing and shipping address,
Contact information.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) provided; and
(ii) The information supplied to Edulancing is accurate, complete, and current.
4.2 Third-Party Payment Processing
We may use third-party payment gateways or service providers to process transactions. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to share that information with such third parties for the sole purpose of facilitating the transaction, subject to our Privacy Policy.
4.3 Order Cancellation and Refusal
Edulancing Private Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances where:
The product or service is unavailable,
Errors are found in product/service descriptions or pricing,
The order appears to be fraudulent or unauthorized,
Payment authorization is denied or fails,
Legal or regulatory restrictions apply.
In the event of cancellation, any amounts paid may be refunded as per the applicable Refund Policy.
5. Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
5.1 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”), the duration of which is determined by the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase. Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, annually, or otherwise as made available by Edulancing.
5.2 Auto-Renewal
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless:
You cancel the renewal via your account settings, or
Edulancing terminates the Subscription.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by accessing your online account or contacting our support team at support@edulancing.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
5.3 Payment Authorization
A valid and up-to-date payment method is required to process Subscription payments. You agree to provide accurate billing details including, but not limited to:
Full legal name,
Billing address,
Telephone number,
Valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment method.
By submitting this information, you expressly authorize Edulancing Private Limited to charge all Subscription fees to your selected payment method.
5.4 Failed Transactions
If automatic billing fails for any reason, Edulancing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, until payment is successfully processed.
6. Subscription Fee Changes
Edulancing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify Subscription fees at any time.
Any fee revision will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Users will be provided with reasonable prior notice of any such change to allow time for cancellation if desired.
Continued use of the Service after the revised fee takes effect shall constitute your acceptance of the updated fee and your agreement to be charged accordingly.
7. Refund Policy
Edulancing Private Limited maintains a strict refund policy for purchases made via its platform or through authorized affiliate links. By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
7.1 Eligibility for Refund
A refund request may only be initiated within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of purchase.
After 24 hours, no refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances, whether the purchase was made directly via the Edulancing website or through an affiliate referral link.
7.2 Upgraded Packages
If you upgrade to a higher package or tier after the initial purchase, no refund shall be granted for the upgraded package.
7.3 Deductions
In all eligible refund cases, a payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5% of the total paid amount will be deducted.
The net refundable amount will be calculated after such deductions and processed accordingly.
7.4 Refund Requests
To initiate a refund request within the eligible period, you must contact our support team in writing at: support@edulancing.com
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period, subject to confirmation of eligibility.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may access and use Edulancing's services (“Service”) only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
In violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors by exposing them to inappropriate content;
To transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited promotional material, such as spam, chain letters, or junk mail;
To impersonate the Company, its employees, other users, or any other person or entity;
To infringe upon the rights of others or engage in any conduct that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
To interfere with any other user’s ability to use or enjoy the Service, or to harm or offend the Company, its users, or third parties.
Additionally, you shall not:
Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with others’ use;
Deploy any automated systems (e.g., bots, spiders) to access the Service without permission;
Copy or scrape content manually or automatically without express written consent;
Introduce malicious software such as viruses, trojans, worms, or logic bombs;
Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform or any related servers or databases;
Launch denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks;
Falsify or damage the Company’s ratings, reputation, or data;
Interfere with the integrity or functionality of the platform in any other unauthorized manner.

9. Analytics
We may use third-party service providers to collect, monitor, and analyze data related to your use of the Service for the purposes of improving performance and user experience.

10. Accounts
By creating an account on our platform, you affirm that:
You are 18 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction);
All information provided is true, complete, and current at the time of registration;
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including all activity that occurs under your account;
You will notify us immediately of any suspected breach of security or unauthorized access.
Username Policy:
You may not:
Use a username that belongs to another person or entity without proper authorization;
Use a name that is vulgar, offensive, or infringing on trademarks.
Edulancing reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

11. Intellectual Property
The Service and all original content (excluding user-generated content), features, design, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of Edulancing Private Limited and its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:
Logos, icons, branding materials,
Website content and layouts,
Proprietary software and processes.
Our intellectual property is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and international IP laws. No content may be used without prior written consent from the Company.
12. Copyright Infringement Policy
Edulancing respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to promptly respond to claims of copyright infringement.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a formal notice to our Copyright Agent at info@edulancing.com.

13. DMCA Notice and Procedure
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), you must include the following in your written notification.
Your full legal name and electronic or physical signature;
A detailed description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
The exact URL or specific location on our Service where the allegedly infringing material is located;
Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address);
A good faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law;
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Edulancing reserves the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and to terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
14. Error Reporting and Feedback
You may provide feedback to Edulancing Private Limited through direct email at info@edulancing.com or through authorized third-party platforms. Feedback may include reports of errors, suggestions for improvements, feature ideas, complaints, or other input related to our Service.
By submitting Feedback, you agree that:
(i) You shall not retain or claim any intellectual property rights or other interest in the Feedback;
(ii) Edulancing may have independently developed similar ideas;
(iii) The Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of any third party;
(iv) Edulancing is under no obligation to maintain confidentiality or compensate you for the Feedback.
Where legal ownership of the Feedback cannot be transferred due to applicable laws, you grant Edulancing an exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, copy, publish, modify, commercialize, and distribute the Feedback for any lawful purpose.
15. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may include links to third-party websites and services not owned or operated by Edulancing. These links are provided solely for your convenience.
We do not:
Control or endorse the content or privacy practices of such third-party websites;
Accept any responsibility or liability for any damages or losses incurred through such sites;
Make any warranties or representations regarding the services or goods they offer.
We strongly advise users to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites you access through our Service
16. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Edulancing makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding:
The reliability, accuracy, or completeness of content;
The availability or uninterrupted access to the Service;
The correction of defects;
The absence of harmful components such as viruses or malware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This disclaimer does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Edulancing, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
Loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or reputation;
Legal or regulatory penalties arising from your misuse of the Service;
Misconduct or unauthorized acts committed by affiliates, mentors, or third parties.
If liability is imposed on Edulancing for any reason, it shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the products or services giving rise to the claim.
We expressly disclaim responsibility for acts committed by affiliates or mentors acting in personal capacity—including but not limited to misrepresentation, coercion, and unethical behaviour. Such acts are the sole responsibility of the individual, not Edulancing.
18. Termination
Edulancing may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account by ceasing to use the Service.
Upon termination:
Access to your account will be revoked;
All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall remain in effect (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities).


19. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. General Guidelines and User Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full legal agreement (“Agreements”) between you and Edulancing Private Limited concerning your use of our services at www.edulancing.com.
By using our services, you:
Confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Agreements;
Acknowledge that continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of all updates or amendments;
Consent to receive emails and communications from us, including newsletters and promotional content (you may opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or emailing edulancing@gmail.com).
If you do not accept or cannot comply with these Agreements, you must refrain from using the Service.
21. Enforcement and Affiliate Suspension Notice
Important Note:
In the event of a violation of any Edulancing guidelines, whether related to affiliate conduct, marketing integrity, or platform misuse, Edulancing Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your affiliate privileges.
Upon suspension or termination:
You will retain access to any purchased courses;
You will not be allowed to promote courses or earn commissions under the affiliate program;
Repeat or serious violations may lead to permanent blacklisting.
We seek your cooperation in maintaining a professional and ethical environment for all users.
22. Governing Law and Entire Agreement
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The failure by Edulancing to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights.
If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edulancing Private Limited, and supersede all prior oral or written understandings or agreements relating to the use of the Service.

23. Modification or Withdrawal of Services
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:
Withdraw, amend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service without prior notice;
Limit access to portions of the Service, including for registered or subscribed users.
Edulancing shall not be liable for any unavailability of the Service at any time or for any period.
24. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the amended version on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.
25. Severability and No Waiver
No failure or delay by Edulancing in exercising any right under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of such right.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. Acknowledgment
By accessing or using any service, product, platform, or affiliate feature of Edulancing Private Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the most recent version of these Terms of Service.
